Independent valuations

Our team delivers independent valuations to most of Norway’s largest property companies, property funds and banks and our valuations cover 90% of the real estate listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Our team members hold both MRICS and REV qualifications.

The scope of our assignments is tailored together with our clients. In addition to regular valuation instructions, we also carry out numerous one-off assignments for property owners and investors.

Valuation based on international methods

We value all types of property, from offices, warehouses, shopping centres and hotels to development properties and city apartment buildings. Cushman & Wakefield Realkapital valuation models are based on recognised international valuation standards (IVSC).

Through our close link with Cushman & Wakefield globally we can offer valuation in all markets and geographic areas.

In 2016, we carried out more than 1800 valuations, with an aggregate value of more than NOK 510 billion.
