Nortura planned to relocate its production and thereby free up ca 10 000 m2 of land for development.

We were engaged as Norturas’ property developer. The assignment included:

  • Preparation of a study of the options
  • Identify opportunities and challenges
  • Defining utilisation alternatives
  • Demonstrating development and value potential
  • Drawing up alternatives for the project timetable
  • Budget preparation
  • Zoning strategy
  • Representing Nortura in dialogue with the municipality, other public bodies, market participants etc
